Questions, answered
Can a video visit work for a child?
For many things, like rashes, colds and feeding questions, yes. If your child needs to be examined in person, we'll tell you and book it.
Do you follow the national vaccination schedule?
Yes. We follow the recommended schedule for your child's age, explain each vaccine before it's given, and remind you when the next one is due.
When should I go to the emergency room?
Difficulty breathing, a seizure, unusual drowsiness, a rash that doesn't fade when pressed, or a fever in a baby under 3 months need emergency care immediately.
